Have you ever had Moroccan mint tea?
Well there is nothing better than cup of mint tea after a rich meal to aid in relaxation.
You start with a pot of boiling water 1 quart sauce pan will do
2-3 tablespoons loose green tea leaves
1 cup fresh mint leaves ( we grow this in our garden)
2 tablespoons sugar
Boil the water and put into a ceramic tea pot add the tea place pot on the stove over medium heat and allow to start to simmer, once the pot start to simmer take it off the heat and add the mint. And 2 tablespoon of sugar and mix until dissolved
