No cook bean burritos

Who doesn't love a good bean burrito? Even better when it takes only a few minutes to prepare. Here is what it takes


1can black beans drained and rinsed
2 cans chick peas drained and rinsed
1 can rotel
1/2 cup white mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper any color
1/4 cup cilantro leave
1 small yellow onion quartered
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
The juice of half a lime
10-12 whole wheat or multi grain tortillas
Shredded cheese of your choice

Put everything except the tortillas and cheese in the food processor and buzz until well mixed
Sprinkle cheese in Tortilla, spread the bean mixture and roll like an envelope. I like to put mine in the countertop grill to get them crispy and melty but this is not necessary. See how easy that was?
