Chili is a great late Sports night dinner. You can throw it in the slow cooker and come home and dinner is waiting on you!
1 bag dried black beans soaked over night
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 yellow onion mixed
2 cloves garlic minced
1 large can tomato juice
4 tablespoons taco sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
Drain and rinse the soaked beans and place them in the slow cooker. Brown the meat with the onions and garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato juice, taco sauce and spices to the slow cooker. Drain meat (If there is any fat) and add it to the slow cooker. Cook it on low for 8-12 hours. This is a delicious and easy meal that everyone will love!
