Crab cakes are good and salmon patties are classic. I figure why not combine them and make a new fun dish that will please all. 
2 cans crab meat
2 cans pink salmon
1/2 green and orange bell pepper minced 
1 medium onion minced 
1 clove garlic minced 
1/2 bag broccoli slaw 
1 cup white mushrooms finely chopped 
1 cup baby spinach chopped 
3 eggs beaten 
1 cup rolled oats 
2 tablespoons horseradish/Dijon mayo 
1 teaspoon cumin and old bay
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form the mixture into patties. Place them on a preheated counter top grill. Cook until golden brown and serve with whole grain toast or with your favorite sauce. For more on this recipe please email me at alesia.leach@gmail.com
